Online Registration & Seat Availability
👉 All candidates applying for M.Phil./Ph.D. have to register on the online university admission portal. 👉 No candidate shall be eligible to register for M.Phil./Ph.D. programme if he/she is already registered in any University/Institution. 👉 The number of M.Phil./Ph.D. students to be admitted in a Department/Centre shall be displayed on the website of the concerned Department/Centre as well as on the admission portal. The candidates are advised to check the admission portal, website of the Department/Centre applied to as well as M.Phil./Ph.D. Bulletin (as applicable) regularly for information and updates. You have to submit original documents for verification at the time of admission/ counselling.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PH.D
The eligibility criteria for M.phil/Ph.d -
👉 The candidates should have Master's degree or a professional degree (M.Tech./LL.M./M.D./M.S. degree) 👉 Candidate will be shortlisted for M.Phil/Ph.D. program by proceeding through two stages called entrance Exam and Interview. 👉The Entrance Test will be a qualifying examination with qualifying marks as 50%. 👉 A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, will be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC 👉 For further assistance in admissions process kindly contact us at +91-9773510474 or visit us personally with all your documents.Syllabus for Entrance Examination
👉 The syllabus for the entrance test will consist of 50% questions on research
aptitude/methodology and 50% subject-specific questions.
You have to submit original documents for verification at the time of admission/ counselling.
Declaration of Results of Entrance Examinations and Interview
👉The result of the entrance test will be displayed on the M.Phil./Ph.D. admission
portal/University website.
👉At the time of interview, the candidates are required to discuss their research interest/area
through a presentation before the interview panel.
Selection and Admission
👉 The merit list of the recommended candidates shall be displayed on the M.Phil./Ph.D.
admission portal/University website. There will be a waiting list in the order of merit.
👉The Research Degree Committee reserves the right not to select candidates for all the
vacancies advertised.
👉The Shri Khushal Das University shall not conduct the M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programmes
through distance education mode.
👉No research scholar registered for the M.Phil./Ph.D. programme shall be permitted to
undertake any other full-time Programme during the pendency of the M.Phil./Ph.D.
programme.
